STEFAN SÖDERFJÄLL
Stefan Söderfjäll has a PhD in psychology. Throughout his doctoral education and the years following his dissertation Stefan’s greatest interest has been within the field of organisational psychology, and primarily in the phenomena of leadership and teamwork, where he has explored ways to create the ideal conditions for motivation, work performance and well-being. His primary focus has been on sharing scientific knowledge in this subject to businesses in order to help empower managers, employees and working groups.
Christopher Svensson
Christopher Svensson is a licensed psychologist and specialises in workplace psychology and sports psychology issues. His primary focus is to contribute to the dissemination of scientifically-based knowledge in these subject areas through consultation, education and authorship. In addition, Christopher has initiated and led work psychology research projects in issues of leadership and motivation.
